    How to add other file types to attachments when creating new ticket?

    e.g .xls, .zip, .rar etc

    Hi there,

    .zip is already supported, please make sure you have the most updated version of the plugin.

    .xls or .rar not yet.

    I can see this as a future update forsure though. Keep updating the plugin when updates are released and you will see this in the future 🙂

    When can I expect this update? A week, maybe a month? Can you tell me?
    I saw that dropzone.js is being used to uploading files, I tried to edit it by acceptFiles but unfortunately it isnt working. Maybe you would like to tell me how to change it manually so I dont have to wait for updates to plugin because i think that it doesnt require a lot of work to function and I think im missing something or i forgot to do something and my corrections dont work properly.

    The verion 1.4.2 has just been released and it includes an option to edit the accept file mime types under Settings – General
