File upload

I am getting this error when i submit the form with a file attached. I put a comma between the file types I am wanting to upload, example, (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff). When I attach the file and submit the form I get this error. When I submit the input without the file I do not get this error. Help would be appreciated.
