File Upload

On the write tab, we’re trying to use the file upload function. Everything works okay as far as the transfer goes. The pictures are uploaded to the webserver. We can click on the browse tab and see the pictures.

When we drag and drop those pictures into the post, the URL isn’t correct, and so the image displays as a broken image.

The correct address should be:
http://www.sitename.com/directory/wp-content/uploads/xxx

Here’s what is entered into the post:
http://www.sitename.com/wp-content/uploads/xxx

There’s a directory missing, and I’m not sure what is causing this. Any ideas?
