File Upload

First: Thanks so much for this plugin, it is great.

Second: The file upload seems to be broken. When clicking on the link in the field it creates the site url[“url of the pdf”] and is broken.

Also, when putting in the code to change the document to an icon, it crashes my site. Would it be possible to have this as an option in another version?

I want to leave you all a great review, so any advice or help on fixing the site crashing and bad link would be appreciated!
