On our website we use the file upload for an application form. In 70% of the cases all documents arrive to us, but unfortunately not always. The file upload is set as a mandatory field and through the plugin “Contact Form 7 Database Addon” we also see that applicants have uploaded their documents. The file size limit in the upload is 25000000 and our website allows uploads with 50 MB.

What could be the error here?

@oneando , can you please provide a screenshot of your Contact -> Drag & Drop settings?

My initial thoughts on this is that maybe the file size is too large that it cannot attach to your email.

Try to use “Send files(s) as link option” for now and see if it can fix the issue (enable here – Contact -> Drag & Drop Upload -> Send files(s) as link )
