Hi @gima ,
I treid to upload the file on your site and it seems working.
Maybe it’s only a cache issue, can you try with different browser or clear your wordpress cache?
See my screenshot – https://snipboard.io/Jg2tyz.jpg
Please let me know.
Thanks.

Hello Glen,
thank you verymuch for your yel reply.
Actually, it SEEMS to do the upload, but if you click “send” (invia), it keeps loading, and the document (supposedly a pdf) is not sent.
This page allows to confirm a subscription sending a module.
The school (it’s an art school) doesn’t get the confirmation email with the document.
What could be the issue?
The plug-in was updated, as it was wordpress
Hi @gima ,
Yeah, I can see the issue. It’s probably conflict with another plugin.
What other plugins you are using that is related to contact form 7?
Can you please share me a screenshot of all active plugins?
Thanks.

I tried to troubleshoot.. this plugin “WordPress Contact Form 7 PDF” causes the issue when active
Is there a better plugin to use?
1) Reset the browsers in Windows Settings > Apps & Features > Browser > Advanced Options > Reset and Repair
2) Right click Start button to open Task Manager, show More Details, then choose the Processes tab, scroll down to Windows Processes, then further down almost to the bottom to Windows Explorer. Right-click to Restart Explorer, then Restart PC.
Hope This Works,
Peter
