File Upload Error

Hello,

Recently, I have been having issues uploading files to MDOCS. I go through the process as normal, but the file does not upload to the library. It is not in the file library either when I check via FTP. Manually uploading to the folder via FTP does not work either.

The error log is showing this message: PHP Notice: Undefined index: in mdocs-dashboard.php on line 56.

The error also appears on lines 65 and 67 of the same path.

The site is multi-site and access permissions have been set appropriately. WPEngine is the host and I’ve engaged them regarding the issue and they told me to contact the developer.

I love your plugin and use it on many sites and never had any issues previously. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve narrowed down the issue to a conflict with Beaver Builder. When I deactivate BB, Mdocs works as it should, but once I reactivate BB, the issue comes back.

On a completely separate site I installed Mdocs where I also have BB installed, and Mdocs does not even appear in the dashboard menu even though it’s active.

Looking forward to working with you to resolve the issue.

is beaver builder a free plugin, if so please provide the link so I can do some testing.

This is a multi-site, so I’m not sure if this could be an issue.

I am able to upload on other sites so not sure what the issue could be.

nope can’t recreate the issue, the lite version works fine. Not sure how to debug the issue on my end. Maybe the other plug author could be able to help.
