File Upload Error using cforms

    I am getting the following errors when using the file upload feature in the cforms II plugin (v 11.5):

    Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home2/norstrem/public_html/v2/wp-content/plugins/cforms/2-City_Neighborhoods_11x17.pdf) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/norstrem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_aux.php on line 304

    Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move ‘/tmp/php6e7duX’ to ‘/home2/norstrem/public_html/v2/wp-content/plugins/cforms/2-City_Neighborhoods_11x17.pdf’ in /home2/norstrem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cforms/lib_aux.php on line 304

    I have tried disabling ajax as well as enabling input tracking, as those were both items that were mentioned in various other forums and pages on how to troubleshoot cforms issues but I can’t get it to work.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
