File upload fail

Hello.

Im using your plugin on the following site: ORIGINAL SITE http://www.ddkstudio.com/sinfin/formulario-de-traduccion/ and it works perfectly fine
BUT when i bring the site into a new server the files won´t upload, i get an UNKNOWN ERROR. Here is the new domain and server site (where ths files upload fail): COPY SITE http://347.1d6.myftpupload.com/formulario-de-traduccion/

Please help!! Can´t find the issue, it´s all configured same as the original site
