    Goodmorning,

    I have ran into quite a few issues in the file upload;
    1. With normal (Non-drag&drop) I can only select 1 image at the time
    2. With drag&drop I can do multiple, but after submission only one remains
    3. I can’t even open the files after upload.

    What’s going on?

    Edit: It has worked before, atleast with a single file. Now I can’t open a single file. So might be broken after an update

    What is the awesome support version you are using. I just tested and i was able to attach multiple files. Please go to tickets>settings>File Upload and check maximum allowed files. You can increase or decrease the number according to your need.

    About the attachment. Open WordPress Dashboard. In Menu Ticket->Settings open Advanced Tab and Tic Do Not Mask Attachment Links option. Then Save Setting.
    This way open the attachment directly to the file address. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
