I would like to know if is possible to make File Upload in Ticket form as Mandatory?

Thank you for reaching us. I am sorry currently we do not have a feature where admins make it mandatory to upload files with tickets. I will add this to the feature request list for future releases. If you are interested and need this feature urgently please fill out the form for a quotation
