File upload missing after being submitted

    Hi,

    I’ve created a form with file upload function however when I’ve been testing it I receiving the email but not the attachment. I’ve looked in the temp for in WP-Content but cannot find anything.

    Please can you help.

    there are file size and file type limits, was yours within those limits ? you failed to specify that. Try it again attaching a small image, if it works, then you know the problem is not the plugin.
    Also did you add the matching shortcode into the attachment field ? i think it adds it automatically, but i haven’t used that in a long while. You didn’t mention anything about this either, nor did you mention your website, so i’m not sure how you are expecting anyone to help you.

    Sorry website is buddycheck.org.uk/contact I haven’t added the shortcode either as I did not realise that was a requirement. I’ll try again and see if that sorts it out
