File upload not completing

    While trying to upload a file, the system stopped at around 22% and logged upload complete while the file was unavailable for use. When I clicked on the file, it disappeared from the selected files list. Anyone know what’s happening here and how to fix it? There is enough room in the server so it shouldn’t be a storage problem.

    Try click on the Screen Settings button and play with the uploader settings.
