• I’m really struggling to upload a .pptx file to my website. I’ve created a template in Google slides, and I want to sell it on my website using Easy Digital Downloads. The file size is 9MB. I’ve already asked my web host to increase the upload file size limit for WordPress, and they’ve changed it 45MB. I have managed to upload a 4.5MB .pptx file successfully, but the 9MB file is giving me the problem.
I’ve updated all my plugins, and deactivated all the active ones one by one, and tried uploading while they’re not active, but that does not solve the problem. The file does start to upload, but when it gets to about 70%, it gives me the following message: Unexpected response from the server. The file may have been uploaded successfully. Check in the Media Library or reload the page.
So, now I don’t know what to try next. I did not deactivate Easy Digital Downloads and Elementor, because if one of those 2 is the problem, I don’t know what I will do without them.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

File upload limit is set via server, not via the theme. So, in this case, we will not be able to help you on it. Hope you can understand. So, better to consult about this issue once with your hosting provider. They might be able to assist you on it better than we could.

    Thanks.
