File Uploads Issue

    When I upload files they are going to the wrong directory:

    Set Root Directory: WP Install Directory

    Base Directory 1: D\www\intranet/uploads Display name: uploads

    When I upload, the files are going to d:\wwwintranet\uploads

    How do I get this corrected?
