Fileaway Usage

I am trying to use fileaway in the following manner:

Upload files to folders with a CSV file containing the filenames linked to the files in the directory with descriptions of the files. I have been able to use the Fileaway values to show a CSV that was named, but this doesn’t do anything for the linking of the files, it just shows it in a table. I then attemped to use url parser csv, but I am not sure that this will fit the need, unless there is a away to create the URL from the site directory (i.e. %hostname%/safety/filename.pdf). I was able to add the customdata field in the FILENAME column with the [] brackets, this was OK, but not quite what I was looking for. I have a vendor that uploads the files, I want them to be able to create the index CSV to then just link directly to the fileaway storage folders. Would that be possible?
