    Im using the newest version of my theme: Flatsome and the newest version of wordpress.

    Hi there,

    Its Bruce here, I am glad to assist you today. Please note that FileBird folders will not show in FTP and folders uploaded via FTPs will not show in FileBird’s interface, all because FileBird has been built to create virtual folders and not real folders.

    However, any picture you updated via FTP should show in your media library as long as you are careful to upload to the right root folder that is recognized by WordPress media library.

    Regarding issue with file url/path changes, FileBird which does not create real folders means it does not have effect on file or folder URLs or paths, so, I think to diagnose this properly, you could turn off FileBird for awhile, then try the process again and see if your Url appears normal or not, let us know, please.

    Lastly, about the loading delay, this mainly depends on the speed of your server, if you want us to take a further look into this, you could create a support ticket if you are a PRO user here and our developers would help you diagnose this:
