    Hi,
Strangely but the FileBird Lite Plugin is not getting deactivated, even though ‘Deactivate’ is attempted from the WordPress plugins details. and somehow only showing to buy the Pro version.
Is this some kind of functionality.
Please advise, as if the Lite version is having these kind of minor issues then the confidence to buy the Pro version won’t be there much.

    Appreciate your suport.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi @jasvinders,

    Thanks for your patience.
May I know do you want to talk about this step https://screenrec.com/share/Ylmrb51xPu
All you need to do is click to ” Skip and Deactivate”

    Thank you.

    Cheers,

    Hi Rose,
Thanks for getting back on this. Actually when I select ‘Deactivate’ no such screen is appearing. It is like no Response on selecting Deactivate, it is like the link is not even working.
Note: Pop up blocker is also disabled.

    Yes Rose,

I had received it and thus replied that I am not seeing the Skip & Deactivate Step / Screen / Pop up when I select Deactivate.
