Filename cannot be empty error when uploading frontend

Installed the new version 5.0.13
Added a new shortcode to photo desc:
“The Tibesar Archives – photo number w#id”
When uploading a photo I received this Warning:
Warning: exif_imagetype() [function.exif-imagetype]: Filename cannot be empty in /home/content/22/11318122/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/wppa-common-functions.php on line 2254
The photo uploaded OK and it automatically added the photo number to the description – nice!
