The way this works, it will remember the last name you used (minus the datestamp) so any subsequent exports will use your preferred filename and add the datestamp to that.
So all you have to do is change the name of the file when you export, and the next time you export, it will remember what you used.

Unfortunately, this does not work. When I change the name in the web GUI, it will use this name when I download a CSV file, but the next time I open the plugin, the name is reverted to the original.
This depends on a cookie, so this can happen if cookies are cleared, or if you are using a different browser, or if a long time has passed since using the feature.
