Files are not loading in Tree

Hi,
I’m managing a website for an association of medicine students and i discovered your plugins.
It was perfectly working the first time, but now files can’t load in tree view. Folders are shown but the loading icon is always running when it tries to show files.

I think it’s an Ajax problem.

But i don’t really know how i could fix this.

Could you please give me some advices.

I have the exact same issue. The tree view shows the folders but there is no way to access the files.

I see some of you fixed the problem? care to share?

Hello –

Everything was working fine until I upgraded to wp-filebase.0.3.0.02 and WP 3.6 yesterday. Since then, the file browser has stopped working. Folders display, but clicking on them does not reveal the files inside.

No settings were changed.

I have tried the following with no luck:
– reverting to the previous two WPFB versions
– different browsers
– instructions here:

EDIT: Deactivating NextGEN Gallery “fixes” the problem.

Any suggestions?

I am running WP 3.6 with NextGen 2.0.17 and WP-Filebase 0.3.0.02

I noticed that the folder list shows correctly, but when I try to expand a folder I get the spinning cursor for a while but then the folder remains closed – no access to the files.

I then tried deactivating NextGen Gallery as per the post above – the Filebase then behaved normally.

Is there some interaction between the two – I would really like to keep both of them activated as they are great plugins.

I have exact the same problem.
Running WP3.6 & NextGen.
I have evenso problems met NetxGen photoalbums.

Idem for me. Same problem.
Wordpress 3.6.1 & plugin “NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati” 2.0.21.

If i disable nextgen it works.

My issue was caused by the WP Super Cache plugin. Make sure that the page your file tree browser shows up on is not being cached.

Hi,

I have the same issue with the tree view, the files in the folders couldn´t be shown. It is just spinning. I am a new user of WordPress, so I have no idea what I should do.
