Files missing from media library

    I’ve been using the pro version for a while, and recently noticed that images are missing from the library. I put them into a folder that shows “12” images on the folder tab, but opening the folder only presents 6 images. Somehow Filebird has lost track of them. My site still shows the images fine, just Filebird has lost track.

    Is there a way to reindex/repair filebird’s list of images to recover these?

    Since you are using our Pro version, you’ll need to open a support ticket at https://ninja.ticksy.com/. We wil check and fix for you.
