I hadn’t done any updates until it broke. I went ahead and updated the plugin at that point, but it has not resolved the problem.

Please send me your shortcode to check it…

Similar problem – not meaning to hijack, but will put in new thread if you want me to.
My webhost has done several (5 or 6) double-checks on the server settings and claims there is nothing on their end which would prevent the uploads or delete/limit session data or cause a time-out.

I inactivated the most recent version you have, emptied the cache, and re-activated it. I checked all the settings and now have this shortcode:
    [wordpress_file_upload uploadpath=”wp-content/customer_files” uploadpatterns=”*.jpg,*.jpeg,*.pdf,*.tif,*.tiff,*.ai,*.eps,*.svg,*.psd,*.zip, ” maxsize=”3002″ createpath=”true” adminmessages=”true” debugmode=”true” errormessage=”File %filename% not uploaded, please contact [email protected]” notify=”true” notifyrecipients=”[email protected]” notifymessage=”New file has been uploaded.”]
It is still not working. You will notice that I added “wp-content/” to the upload path, because “customer_files” alone did not work and I wanted to try another option. What else can you suggest to get this plug in working?
    Thank you,
    Mitch Bernard
