Files not compressed

    Hi,
    I have installed the plugin few days ago and it compressed most of my files apart from the following.

    /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.11.1
    /wp-content/themes/mesocolumn/style.css
    /wp-content/plugins/comprehensive-google-map-plugin/assets/js/cgmp.framework.min.js?ver=9.1.1
    wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/jquery.form.min.js?ver=3.51.0-2014.06.20

    Is there anyhow to compress those manually? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Are those files printed using WordPress’s enqueueing functions and are they combined with other files?
