I uploaded about 26 files and then all of the sudden it stopped uploading files. I created multiple directories and sub directories. But, now it looks like it is uploading the file and refreshes, but the file is not there. I even check the uploads directory on the server and the file isn’t there either.

I was able to figure this out. Thank you. It turns out that their settings on the server for the max upload size amount needed to be re-saved. It was set to 40mb, but the WP Admin was saying that it was only 2mb. When I re-saved the current settings on the server, the WP Admin then showed 40mb for max upload size. Then the PDF files that were just over 2mb in size started uploading!

Ah got it! Glad you figured it out. Also in the premium version there isn’t a limit in file size since it uses file chunking in 2mb portions.
