    Is there any filter or action so that the chatbot will direct answer to the queries according to the condition without asking for OpenAI or any AI for response

    Hey @yuvrajsingh01! 👋

    The chatbots in AI Engine aren’t built for this use case out of the box, which is why there aren’t specific settings for it. However, you can use the mwai_chatbot_takeover filter to intercept and handle the query yourself, this will bypass the standard query processing and let you return your own response.
