Also the “Hide” product feature doesn’t work for me. All the “Hide” items still show up in a catalog.

Someone else recently reported a filtering issue when “Mobile Stylesheet” is set to “Yes”. We’re looking to correct it, but I think that is probably what caused your problem.
That’s for letting us know that “Hide” isn’t working. Is that all of the time or just after filtering?
Where is the option “Mobile Stylesheet”? How I can turn it off?

Products show up at cat.page, but when filtering they all disapear and “no products found” is displayed
What to do or check???
Same problem too!
Products display just fine untill I check one of the filters, then everything is blank. This happens with both Javascript and Ajax filtering types.

Just a follow up note for people who are currently having this problem with filtering, we’re sorry that you’re having trouble. Can you try going back to a version before 2.5 for now? They’re all available here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ultimate-product-catalogue/developers/
We think that a filtering problem for a subset of users happened when we added labelling in version 2.5.
We’ll try and get this figured out, but that might be the best solution in the meantime.
