    Hi there,

On this eshop I use an archive page to show products and in the widget I use the filter attribute from woo but for some reason it stopped working properly. The problem is that in the list shows attributes that are not relevant to that archive page and when you click on some attribute the grid does not show any products (which is normal) and on query monitor I can see php errors from woocommerce (expected string but instead got object). I updated the plugin the DB, updated the theme and WP to latest versions but nothing helped. Also Regenerated the product attributes lookup table but still not working properly.

Is there a solution for this problem?

    Thanks,

    Bojan

  • Hi @bojanpavlov

    Thanks for reaching out!

Firstly, I apologized for the delayed response.

Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or http://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi there,

The problem was solved with the Classic Widgets plugin (I saw this on woocommerce page for the attribute filter). Now the filter is working fine on the pages. I can share you the data if it is still relevant.

    Best,

    Bojan

Yes, please share so other WooCommerce users can take benefits from the solution you did.

    Have a good one!
