Hi @markcut,
Thanks for taking the time to explain what you are seeing. I’ve just checked on my end and I can see the Category filter dropdown available on the Products admin page, where a category can be selected and filtered.
To better understand what is happening on your site, could you please share a short Loom recording showing what you are referring to on your Products page. This will help us see exactly what is displayed in your admin area. loom.com
Also, could you clarify what you were seeing there previously, and roughly when you first noticed this change. For example, was this after a WooCommerce update, WordPress update, or plugin installation.
Looking forward to your recording so we can narrow this down together.
thank you, can you please confirm where I load the loom video to, here or send direct to you as your email was a noreply@
Please see Loom link
Hi @markcut,
Thank you for sharing the screen recording, it really helped to clearly see what is happening on your end. I’ve tested this on my test site running WooCommerce 10.5.2, and the filter button on the Products admin page is still present and working as expected.
One thing I noticed from your video is that the filter dropdowns appear enlarged, which may be pushing the Filter button out of view. As a first step, could you please try reducing your browser zoom level back to 100 percent and check if the button becomes visible again.
I also saw from your plugins list that you have a plugin called Woof by category, along with other active plugins. To properly narrow this down, I recommend running a full plugin and theme conflict test:
- Switch your theme temporarily to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four.
- If the issue disappears, then it is likely theme related.
- If the issue remains, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test again.
- If the issue is resolved, then it is caused by a plugin.
- You can then reactivate your plugins one by one, testing each time, until the issue returns. This will help identify the conflicting plugin.
You can find a detailed guide on how to safely run a conflict test here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/Please let me know how it goes after these steps and we’ll continue from there.
using ai it appears Analytify plugin update caused this. Deativating it returned my button. I have reached out to their support for a fix, you may wish to make that known for users of Analytify/WC

Hi @markcut,
Thank you for getting back to us with the update. I’m really glad we were able to narrow this down and identify the root cause together. It is great to hear that you have already reached out to the Analytify team so they can review and address the compatibility on their end.
Since we have identified what was causing the missing Filter button, I will go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If anything changes or you need a hand with anything else, feel free to open a new topic and we will be happy to help.
If you have a moment, we would truly appreciate it if you could share your experience with WooCommerce by leaving us a 5 star review here, it helps other merchants and supports the project as well https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post
Thanks again for your collaboration on this 😊
