Filter by Custom Taxonomy

    Hi, thank you so much for this well-designed plugin, it really helps me out immensely. I am not very well versed with coding, but I was wondering if there would be a way to implement more dropdowns for filtering the posts in a grid by custom taxonomies?

    Hi.

    You can add custom taxonomies in settings https://visualportfolio.co/documentation/settings/#general

    So, it will be added in the Filter if posts in layout use it.

    Thank you for the reply. I am sorry if I am misunderstanding or didn’t explain myself well, but unfortunately that isn’t working for what I am trying to do. I am using post-based portfolio layouts and would like the filter on the front end to show custom taxonomies for filtering the posts if that is possible.

    I can already see the custom taxonomies to select what type of posts are shown when making a portfolio layout, however it only shows “categories” in the filter when it’s published and there is no change to that after I try and add custom taxonomies in settings. Is there a way to do that? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks
