    Hi,

I try to filter by category with this command : [wpspw_post category=”20”] but it doesn’t work, the page becomes white.
I tried another solution that I found here in the support section, with show_tags=”false” but it still doesn’t work.

Could you please assist me ?

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

    Thanks for reaching here…

Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because it causes the quote(“) issue. Please write manually.

Please send your website link and please send a screenshot of which place you are adding our shortcode.

Please check and let me know if you have anything else.

    Thanks,

Content Words Limit doesn’t work either…

Whatever number I put, I just have 3 dots and no words appear…

    Hello,

We have checked the “content_words_limit” parameter in our local server and it’s working.

You need to pass the “content_words_limit” parameter and check your content.
    [wpspw_post content_words_limit=”3″ show_tags=”false” category=”20″]

    Thanks,

    Hello,

It still doesn’t work, with the code you sent.

    – content_words_limit displays only “…” with no words at all
    – category make the whole thing empty and nothing is displayed

    Hello,

We need to check your website so please find our website and join live chat.

    Thanks,
