Filter Count is always 0

    I used the shortcode method to display the filters but it always shows the count as 0 for each value. I am using the PRO version for ACF fields.

    I have data for ACF as well but does not show in the count.

    Also, how do I display the results? I want the filters to be on the left and results on the right. Everytime I select a filter value, it refreshes the entire page to take the user to a new page that comes as 404 not found.

    Request help for this. Thank you!

    I am experiencing the same issue where the filter shows 0 and appears in an inactive color, even when there is data available. Can you let me know how to fix it?

    If you have the PRO version please read this guide – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/important-pro-version-support/ on how to get the PRO Support. If you have a copy of the plugin that is activated on your site without purchasing the license in that case make a request to the person or agency to get the support.

    Here support only for the Free version of the plugin.
