filter does not work on mobile

    Hi,

    I have specified a filter that works correctly on PC, but the problem occurs on mobile. It doesn’t show up anywhere. I have the filter in the product category side bar. Can you please advise how to make it work on mobile too?

    Hi @molemo

    More likely the issue is that on mobile the widget sidebar is hidden so you might want to check some default themes to test it.

    We didn’t find a filter on the link that you presented, if there is any other link that leads to the page with the filters we can check it. But the issue is that 99% of the widget sidebar displayed none on mobile.

    Hi @molemo

    The issue is that the widget area is not displayed on mobile – https://prnt.sc/cGYVju0517Bu if you turn off display none it is displayed on the page as it should.
