Filter/export/paginations functions have layout issues

With the updated version of the plugin (1.1.35.1),
when viewing a post containing a table, the display layout has some issues:

• The filter/export functions : “Type to Search…”, “Export”, “Filter”, and “Sort” appear on the left before the table, one below the other on separate lines.
• The pagination functions: “First”, “Prev”, “1”, “2” … “Next”, and “Last” appear on the left after the table, one below the other on separate lines.
