Filter Group permissions

    When I click on Filter Group in the sidebar settings of WP Dashboard, I get the following error:

    You need a higher level of permission.
    Sorry, you are not allowed to manage terms in this taxonomy.

    My WP account is admin.

    I followed instructions and copied /code/wp-content/plugins/plugin-organizer/lib/PluginOrganizerMU.class.php to /code/wp-content/mu-plugins/PluginOrganizerMU.class.php

    What could be causing this error?
