    Hi,
When choosing a category from the dropdown menu, the box is checked but the filter isn’t actually applied. I need to check any other filter, then uncheck it for the original filter to display.

Ie. Shop by brands – licenced characters – Disney, shows everything but only Disney box is ticked. If I tick/ untick any other, then it just shows Disney.

Is there a way for the correct selection to show first time?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

The Filter applies to the active Category, eg. if you select Licensed Character, it will check License Character ( and also every sub-category as well ), see screen-recording: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLuBoPJj , it works fine, when you select any other sub-Category it is applied.

It isn’t working fine when selecting from the dropdown menu, as shown in the video – https://share.getcloudapp.com/OAu8zqqW
Picking any sub-category from the dropdown menu ticks that sub-category but still shows all items from the parent category.

IE. I selected Disney from the dropdown menu, the Disney box alone was selected on the new page but every item was shown until I selected Frozen and then un-selected Frozen. The page then just showed Disney.

    Hi,

When you first open the link from your menu the filter isn’t applied, it is checked, because it detects the Category, so the issue is not caused by the filter ( how I see ), maybe you can try adding the link of the applied filter to your menu as Custom link ( see screenshot ): https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuwpqm9 – using this link will enable the filter on the product category: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuwpqm9
