Filter not displaying, no error message

    I made a new post type, and the filter was displaying with no issues.

    I needed to change the name of the post type.

    I moved all of the items in it over, along with anything connected to the original post type.

    The filter is not displaying.

    I have tried deleting that filter set, and creating a new one, for the new post type

    but absolutely nothing is displaying, and there is no error message or any other indication of why this filter, which was definitely working fine a moment ago, is no longer working.

    I tried adding a title to the filter, any and every option, but literally no part of the filter is showing. I just need to undo or restart it. it was already working.

    I am using elementor

    the filter is working fine with my products

    the filter was working fine a few minutes ago, before i changed the name of the new post type

    i deleted the filter and made it again – nothing is showing

    I deleted the custom fields

    I deleted all of the entries in the post type

    I deleted the filter for this post type

    I deleted the entire post type

    I started over and created everything again

    Still nothing is working

    Nothing shows up at all

    Hi @diegodtlaprint

    Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

    Are you using the Elementor archive template for the archive page of your CPT? There can be somewhere a hidden widget or shortcode that is duplicated with the filter widget, so it is displayed in the hidden one and not in the one that is visible on the page.

    Also, try to turn off all of the third-party plugins in order to test it.

    I am using the archive template

    I tried creating a new archive template and using the filter – there is still nothing.

    It was working very fine with the previous post type i was using.

    If there is a hidden widget or shortcode that I did not add, how do i remove it?

    When I preview the archive template:

    when i view the page:




    The post type is ‘businesses’

    I am able to select this post type with this template

    The loop recognizes the post type


    I am able to select this post type in the filter settings

    I completely removed everything and made them all again – there is absolutely no reason this should be happening – if i was making a completely new filter for a completely new post type, this would be completely unusable
