Hello!
We have done a plugin conflict test as well as switched themes, and we cannot get the filter to show in our shop. We have been using this plugin awhile, but it just seemingly stopped showing recently.

We are on the current version of the plugin.

Hi there!
It is definitely an active plugin on our site, however there was a URL in the box you told me to check. I removed that URL and now it is showing. THANK YOU!!! I have been going crazy trying to figure this out!
