Filter not working

    Hello!
    I have this AMAZING plugin working with no issues on other site, but on this is the filter doesn´t seem to work. It´s stays loading for ever.
    Don´t know if it has something to do with this, but on the preview box while creating different portfolios I cannot see the preview, it gives an error.
    Slugs are written with zero special characters.!

    Hi.

    Something wrong with your permalinks. This is the page URL with portfolio:

    http://clientes.rondaestudio.com/enerbom/index.php/galeria-de-producto-2/

    And this is the page URL with filter clicked:

    http://clientes.rondaestudio.com/enerbom/galeria-de-producto-2/?vp_filter=valvulas

    As you can see, there is index.php in the first URL. Please, check the Admin Menu > Settings > Permalinks settings
