    Hi Marcus @marcuslovedogs,

I had a look at the page, and on both desktop and mobile I see a dropdown with just a single category, and it seems to be working the same on both versions. Could you clarify what you mean by “only one category appears”? Are you expecting more categories to show in that filter, or is it a different filter on mobile that isn’t displaying correctly?

If you want to display all categories, including those without posts, you can enable this option under your filter list > your taxonomy/meta > advanced tab > Display Empty Terms. Please let me know if this is what you were looking for.

    Regards,
    Dara

Hi, there are actually two categories with products set up, Audio and Video. I was seeing both whilst logged into the Admin account. Once I log out I only see the Audio.

    Error log :
Function Elementor\Controls_Manager::add_control_to_stack was called incorrectly. Cannot redeclare control with same name “elementor_library_type_filter_type”. Please see Debugging

    File: wp-includes/functions.php.

    Hi Marcus @marcuslovedogs,

Thanks for the clarification. The behavior you’re describing (seeing both categories when logged in, but only one when logged out) is very likely related to the way transients (the terms cache) are currently handled in the plugin. This is something I need to adjust on my end, and I’ll include a fix in the next update.

In the meantime, if you’re using a cache plugin, you might be able to test this by clearing/refreshing your site’s transients manually. Alternatively, you can try lowering the cache duration from the filter plugin controls under the Optimization settings.

Appreciate your patience, and I’ll keep you posted once the fix is out.

    Regards,
    Dara

    Hi Marcus @marcuslovedogs,

Just a quick update on this, the issue you reported has been fixed in the latest update. The terms cache now correctly invalidates between logged-in and logged-out users, so both categories should display properly on mobile as well. Let me know if you’re still encountering any issues, and I’ll take a deeper look into it.

    Regards,
    Dara
