Thank you for reaching out. We have a feature that allows admins to control the visibility of closed tickets for front-end users/clients. To enable this feature, follow these steps:
- Go to Tickets.
- Navigate to Settings > General.
- Scroll down to the Front-end Options section.
- Uncheck the Hide Closed Tickets option.

Your response does not actually answers the issue.
The option you are referring is about to only display close ticket on front end or hide close ticket for support user.
However i am saying there is NO FILTER for Support User to Filter down OPEN & CLOSE tickets. Like it is in the backend (admin panel)

The filters are dependent on the number of pages, you must have more than one page to see the filters for the front end user.

Indeed there are more than 2 pages. and that is where the problem lies.
you can not filter Open & Close tickets seperately.
I can not understand, why you diverting my query? while this is straight forward.
You already have that option on admin panel.

Yes it would be a necessary feature for this plugin to make it useful as per support standards.
