Filter open, close.. tickets, doesn’t work

    When I filter with “All tickets”, I can see all kind of tickets. But when I use the different shortcodes, for each kind of ticket (Open, Resolved, Closed, Pending, Waiting on Customer, Waiting on Third Party,) It shows nothing
