    Hello,
In order for the filter option to be displayed correctly, the product properties must be dispFilter options are not displayed
layed differently in all products (over 500).
This is how they look now:

and this is how they should look.

I have found out that it is displayed correctly if I create a completely new product. Then it appears in the product properties as a tab (with color name or size in it) and not as a word with the vertical line as a separator.

Where can I change this globally for all 500 products without having to edit each product individually?
I would really appreciate it if someone had a tip for me.

    Best regards
    Eva

    Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us here at WooCommerce.com!

If you would like to change your attributes from this: https://ibb.co/h7KR5Sk to this https://ibb.co/4NgjMdm, we suggest to start by exporting them to a CSV file.

Once done, open the CSV file and edit the Attribute Global column from 0 to 1: https://d.pr/i/lY5FbA

Once that’s done, import your CSV file by choosing to update your products: https://d.pr/i/iEMTiR

I hope this helps and let us know if you’ll have any further questions!

    Hello fetenlakhal,

Thank you very much for your help.
Thank you for understanding my problem immediately.

I’m only replying now because I had problems with the csv file at first. Until I got the tip with google sheets, which worked super easy.
Then I had to do the import twice in a row (4 hours each time), because WordPress got stuck in the middle the first time and only the second time the import actually worked.
    Long story short….. it worked!
Now the color images are displayed in the “Color” display option in the properties. However, the selection of the product for the shopping cart no longer works with the color option.
If I change the display option back to “selection field”, the color can be selected and the product can be added to the shopping cart.

I am still trying to understand how the individual steps are connected.

    Best regards
    Eva
