Hi, whenever I add filter to the feed it removes all the product from XML

Error message- This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.

My filter looks like this.

Product ID – is equals – 1402 – Exclude

I changed is equals to contains still doesn’t work. When I delete all filters And refresh feed it works.

I want to exclude affiliate products.

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your filters.

Such a simple exclude filter based on product ID really should work. Just to make sure we’ve just tested it on one of our test websites and it worked as expected. This is the exclude filter you should create:

Yes that’s exactly what I did, except I have multiple ids to exclude, after saving it I refreshed the feed and this is what the XML looks like.

Looks completely fine once I remove all the filters, but will all the unwanted products

Are you sure there are no other reasons why your feed is empty? We have listed those reasons in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Hey, thanks for your support, the problem was with cache. Its working fine after I cleared cache.
