• Hello,

I have tested this on multiple setups and can confirm that going to see what files have not been converted on this url:
    domanin / wp-admin/upload.php?mode=list&imagify-status=errors
will return a mixed result, not errors only. More exactly it will show: the optimised and unoptimised ones as well!

    Can this be fixed?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

I tested this on my end with only Imagify and a default WordPress theme, but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue. Could you please try the same setup to help rule out a conflict?

If the problem persists even in that setup, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team directly since this may be something specific to your site or hosting environment.

    Hello @saranshwpm

Just tested on 4 different setups and I can confirm that only in one the filtering worked properly, other 3 did not.

I could not find the difference between the one working and the ones that do not.

    Hope it helps

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your reply.

This type of behavior usually happens due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. If you’re not able to identify the cause, I suggest reaching out to our support team directly so we can investigate this further.

Please note that this should not affect the overall optimization process on your site.
