    Hi team,

    It looks like the filter has suddenly stopped working. If we select a brand from the drop-down menu, it displays for a couple of seconds then reverts back to “Brand”. We can’t seem to select a brand or Filter By option.

    Can confirm the filter plugin is up to date, so I’m unsure what else might be causing the issue. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

    Hi @lisapearsonnz

    Perhaps it is somehow connected to the templates overriding if you are using it, just remove them and test. If not then you can disable all of the plugins, change the theme to default, clean all cache, and check if it is working, if not then delete the filter set, and create a new one, and check if it is working, don’t forget to use unique VAR/URL prefix names.
