Filter things like [caption id= ...] from posts?

Hello,

I’m using photo captions in wordpress posts which looks bad when posted to facebook/twitter as every facebook post starts with:

[caption id=attachment_1162334 align=aligncenter width=750]

Could it somehow be filtered out from posting to social media?
