Filter to exclude js

Hello,

I wanted to know that if there is any filter available in your plugin to exclude JS/CSS from Filters?

I don’t want to use exclude JS/CSS option setting explicitly. I just want to exclude our plugins js from caching?

Provide us filter name useful for this,.
