Filter to show Matches + Null Fields

I want to set up a filter to show rows with a value or if they are blank. Can this be done?

Example: Showing rows with the ‘floorplan‘ as 285 or null. Reference: https://www.brinkleyrv.com/ntest/?filter_selects=Floorplan=285

I look forward to hearing your solutions or different ways of approaching this problem.
