Hello Tidio, I’m using a “Visitor opens specific page” trigger on pages showing my custom-post-type (mydomain.com/cpt-name/) but the bot triggers also whenever I get search results (mydomain.com/cpt-name/?keyword=…).
Is it possible to create a filter that would disable the trigger if the URL has any character after the trailing slash, like ? $ etc. ?

    Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please tell me if it’s always “mydomain.com/cpt-name/?keyword=…” or the whole “?keyword=…” part gets exchanged?

I would also appreciate a screenshot of your current bot setup.

Many thanks for letting me know!

I’m not sure I understand what you mean but I think that it’s always, whenever the /cpt-name/ is in the URL (I mean, it can be also with a post /cpt-name/my-post).
You can view my current bot here.

    Quote from support, for records:

There is a possibility to not activate the chatbot if customer opens mydomain.com/cpt-name/?keyword=… but if they open mydomain.com/cpt-name/post/ and then they go to mydomain.com/cpt-name/?keyword=… it will activate, since they visited the “main” URL first. If you use the “Exact address” and the URL mydomain.com/cpt-name/post/, the chatbot will activate if a user opens that URL only. However if they change the URL after the chatbot starts, the chatbot will be still visible in the website, as it’s not possible to make chatbot visible on one URL and then hide it on another one.
The limitation of URLs is not that advanced. The only possibility to limit the number of messages is by using the “once for a unique visitor” option.
